Every single order is hand-inspected before it ships, to make sure your figure arrives in mint condition — no exceptions. We pack it in our .5mm protector case, and then pack that into a sturdy cardboard sorter box for extra protection in transit. And shipping is free. That's more handling, more materials, and more time on our end for every order — but it means fewer damaged boxes and a figure that actually looks like the one in the photo when it lands on your doorstep.

Are your Funko Pops authentic?

Yes. Every Pop we sell is genuine, officially licensed Funko product. Directly from Funko HQ. We don't deal in bootlegs or knockoffs — full stop.
Why are your prices a little higher than some other sellers?

A few reasons, and we'd rather just tell you than have you wonder:

  • Every single order is hand-inspected before it ships to confirm mint condition
  • Your figure ships in our .5mm protector case, custom-designed and quality-checked by us
  • That case then goes into a sturdy cardboard sorter box for extra protection in transit
  • Shipping is free

What are your protector cases made of?

Durable .5mm-thick PET plastic, sized 4.5" x 6.25" x 3.5" to fit standard 4-inch Pop figures. They feature an auto-lock bottom for easy, tool-free assembly and ship with a peel-away protective film so they arrive scratch-free. Look for the Blue Salamander stamped on the lid — that's how you know it's one of ours, not a generic case relabeled from somewhere else.
Will the case fit my figure?

Our standard case fits the vast majority of regular-sized Pops (around 3.75"–4.5" tall). A small number of figures — Deluxe, Super-sized, or unusually shaped releases — may need a different case size. If a listing calls out a custom or oversized case, that's why. When in doubt, ask us before you buy and we'll confirm fit.
What condition are your Pops in?

Unless a listing says otherwise, every Pop on our site is brand new, in original packaging. We check each one by hand before it ships to weed out box dings, scuffs, and other nicks that don't meet our standard.
What if my Pop arrives in a condition that's not okay?

Let us know. Our Unconditional Condition Guarantee means your happiness is the priority — if something's not right, we'll make it right.
Am I guaranteed to get the chase variant if I order one?

No — chase variants are randomly inserted into Funko's production runs at low odds (often 1-in-6), and that's true industry-wide, not just for us. If a listing is for the standard edition, that's what you'll receive; the chase is sold as a separate listing when we have it in stock. We try to call this out clearly in any listing where a known chase exists, so you're never guessing.
Is this figure a retailer exclusive?

If a figure is a known exclusive (Target, Hot Topic, Funko Shop, convention, etc.), we'll note that in the listing. If a listing doesn't mention exclusivity, it's the general retail release.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, on all orders.
